Every week, I go through game totals, spreads, player props, and fantasy matchups, looking to find the best NFL prop bets so I can share them with you. Good luck this week!
I love this prop. It might be my favorite of the week. Bowers over 5.5 receptions is also one I love. In the past two weeks with Davante Adams out, Bowers saw 12 targets and 10 targets, catching 8 in one game and 9 in another. He had 97 yards in one game and 71 in the other. With Adams now in New York, Bowers is the clear number-one guy for the Raiders, and he could start seeing double-digit targets on a weekly basis. Think Trey McBride in the second half of last season. The Raiders face the Rams this week, who have been terrible against the TE position this year, ranking second last in fantasy football against them.
Coming into the season, there was an expected split coming between Pollard and Spears, but that simply hasn’t been the case. Pollard is the clear number 1 RB for the Titans, and he has been solid in all but one of five games this season. His best two games of the year have come in his past two, rushing for 88 yards against Miami and then 93 against Indianapolis. This weekend, he faces the Bills, who are allowing 140 rushing yards per game this season. The Bills have struggled to stop the run; teams know that, and they want to exploit that, so expect the Titans to lean on it early.
This weekend’s game between the Lions and the Vikings is for first place in the NFC North. It’s Amon-Ra’s time to shine, and he is in an excellent matchup to do it. I wouldn’t be surprised if he saw 10-12 targets in this game and caught 9-11 passes. The Vikings rank number 2 in the NFL against the run, but they rank 30th against the pass, so if you want to beat them, doing it through the air is the way to go. Although other players have stepped up and ARSB hasn’t had to carry the load as much, in a big game like this, against another top WR in Justin Jefferson, expect him to show up big.
He has topped this number in three of the past four weeks and had his best game of the year last week with Drake Maye under center. Things are definitely looking up for him in general, but I love him this week to eclipse the yard total and also go over 4.5 receptions. He faces the Jaguars, who rank last in the NFL against the pass this season, and Douglas is the clear number-one pass catcher for the Patriots right now.
