This Chiefs defense has been impressive in starting this year, ranking in the top 3 in pressure rating, according to PFF. They are sporting a completion percentage of 61.3% and are also excellent against the run, which means tough sledding for this Raiders offense. Minshew will have trouble keeping the Raiders offense on the field. I like for Minshew to stay under his completion total of 20.5. He has not exceeded this number in his last four starts.
This Bears offense showed what it’s capable of before their bye week. Swift is one of the key cogs that makes this offense flow, and I expect plenty of yardage from him. This Commanders defense gives up 4.9 yards per carry and 7.8 yards per passing attempt. There will be plenty of check-downs, carries, and screens for Swift to go over his rushing and receiving total of 81.5.
Anthony Richardson has struggled to complete simple plays and has a completion percentage of 48.5%. This Texans defense has a 56.3% completion percentage and held Richardson to only 9 completions in their first meeting this season. I expect more of the same, as I see Richardson staying under his completion total of 16.5.
