Week 6 for the waiver wire is here for the NFL, and that means you need some of the best players no one gives credit to. You won’t have to worry about that since I have gone into the Netherlands to find all those players who can win your fantasy football matchups this week. Since I’m your neighborhood IDP hero, I want your teams to dominate in fantasy football every single week. That’s why if you love to stream defensive players, then look no further than my IDP Heats of the Week, which will be out later this week. For now, let’s dive into the waiver wire so we can find some gems that may be able to fill that spot for you right now. That way, you can bring the pain to your opponents once again. Have a great day, everyone, and may the tackles be with you.
Coming off a bye week, Kenneth Murray Jr. is ready to help your team win. Currently at just over four percent owned in most leagues, no one will be going for him. For the year, Murray is at 31 tackles and two sacks but hasn’t had a double-digit tackle game yet. Regardless, he’s a great fill-in for any bye weeks or injuries going forward.
My Prediction: 6 total tackles, 1 stuff
Here’s another bye-week player you can snag that a lot of other people won’t be looking for. Kerby Joseph has accumulated 22 tackles but also has had three interceptions in four games. Joseph has been a big part of the Lions defense, and at five percent owned, it’s like you’re getting an early Christmas present when you pick him up.
My Prediction: 5 total tackles, 1 pass defended
It’s amazing that a safety like DeShon Elliott is being overlooked this season, given the fact that he’s been a big part of the Steelers secondary. Elliott is hovering around 12 percent owned in most leagues which is surprising. Elliott has recorded 39 tackles and one interception so far this season so there’s no reason he shouldn’t be on your team. Pick him up and get ready for some Steel City hits against the Raiders this week.
My Prediction: 7 total tackles, 1 pass defended
