IDP Waiver Wire: Week 11

The NFL’s week 11 is upon us, and with the waiver wire hitting tomorrow, you’ll need players to help with that final playoff run. Most fantasy football leagues are tight, and the players I found for you this week will help you strengthen that gap. That’s why there’s only one friendly, neighborhood IDP hero who strives to help your teams dominate every single week. Also, if you like to stream defensive players, look no further than my IDP Heats of the Week which will be out later this week. For now, let’s dive into the waiver wire so we can find some gems that may be able to fill that spot for you right now. That way, you can bring the pain to your opponents once again. Have a great day, everyone, and may the tackles be with you.

LB Anthony Walker Jr., Miami Dolphins

Being on Monday Night Football, Anthony Walker Jr. was finally able to show the world his skills on a big stage. Walker is also starting over David Long Jr. right now which only strengthens his dominance of this position on the field. Currently Walker is under one percent owned, which gives you the green light to go pick him up immediately.

My Prediction: 8 total tackles

S Tre’von Moehrig, Las Vegas Raiders

Fresh off a bye, Tre’von Moehrig is back on the scene and ready to rack up tackles for your team. He’s available in over 90 percent of leagues right now, and usually, IDP players are overlooked when it comes to the waiver wire. What’s great about Moehrig is that he plays for the Raiders, who are an abomination on offense. That means he’ll be on the field a lot, and it shows in the four games prior to the bye, in which he recorded double-digit fantasy points. Pick him up with confidence and unleash him on your competition this week against the Dolphins.

My Prediction: 6 total tackles, 1 pass defended

LB Jahlani Tavai, New England Patriots

Sometimes, when you come to my article, I always seem to find players whose names are always overlooked. Jahlani Tavai is hardly known outside of New England but you’ll know about him soon enough. With 68 total tackles and one sack so far this season, Tavai recorded almost a third of that in the past two weeks. He is headed to L.A. with the Patriots this week to play the Rams, who average around 63 plays a game. That means Tavai will have plenty of opportunities for tackles to help your fantasy teams for the rest of the year.

My Prediction: 7 total tackles, 1 stuff
