IDP Waiver Wire: Week 10

Now that week 9 in the NFL is in the books, we are close to your fantasy football playoffs. With more injuries changing the fantasy football landscape, some of us are left wondering what to do. That’s where we at DrRoto.com step in so we can help you fix your teams. Of course, when it comes to the defensive side of things, we have nothing but fire going on here, and it starts with the article every week. 32 Tackles, 1.5 stuffs, one pass defended, and two sacks are the stats that all three players in this article accumulated last week. One of those players was Demani Richardson, who stepped onto the scene zero percent rostered. Now that people know about him after I found him in the depths of an Elden Ring dungeon, he’s around three percent owned now. That’s why there’s only one friendly, neighborhood IDP hero who strives to help your teams dominate every single week. Also, if you would like to stream defensive players, look no further than my IDP Heats of the Week, which will be out later this week. For now, let’s dive into the waiver wire so we can find some gems that may be able to fill that spot for you right now. That way, you can bring the pain to your opponents once again. Have a great day, everyone, and may the tackles be with you.

LB Pete Werner, New Orleans Saints

Since coming back from the IR, Pete Werner quickly has re-established himself as one of the Saints best linebackers. Werner has accumulated 17 tackles in the past two games since then and is looking to add more to that total before the bye in two weeks. The best part is that he is around two percent rostered, giving you a player who can help you win your weekly matchups.

My Prediction: 7 total tackles

S Taylor Rapp, Buffalo Bills

Taylor Rapp is no newbie to NFL fans, but that’s where it stops. Most fantasy football players don’t care to roster Rapp, but honestly, he’s been great for the Bills this year. Coming off one of his best games of the year, Rapp has been like a well-oiled machine, with 10 total tackles. If you have watched any games for the Bills this year, you’ll have noticed this madman flying all over the field. At under three percent owned, he is the missing piece to your defensive dominance.

My Prediction: 6 total tackles, 1 pass defended

LB K.J. Britt, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

At just over three percent owned in most leagues, K.J. Britt has quietly inserted himself as one of the Buccaneers best defensive players. In the past two games, Britt has recorded 19 total tackles, two stuffs, and one pass defended. When a linebacker is playing at this level, you jump on the train immediately, and just like a bullet train, you can’t stop Britt.  He keeps on running through blocks to record tackles, just like a train busting through a barricade in a zombie movie. Pick him up now and thank me next week when he’s tackling Christian McCaffery all day.

My Prediction: 7 total tackles, 1 stuff
