When I started playing DFS, the industry was still pretty new and players were, on the whole, unsophisticated. Sports knowledge was sufficient back then; if you were capable of identifying who the “good plays” on a slate were, that was likely enough to be a profitable player. And so, the DFS content industry emerged, focusing on telling people who the good plays are. But that’s just first-level DFS thinking, and now, it’s everywhere.
