Draft Guide: WR Tiers and Evals

Tier 1 WRs – “Alphas In Great Environments”

The best of the best, these three wide receivers are among the most talented receivers in the league AND operate in offenses that we can safely assume will throw the ball well and at elevated rates. This combination of talent, volume, opportunity, and offensive environment separates this trio from everyone else.

• Ja’Marr Chase, CIN
  • Chase is coming off a massive season where he lapped the rest of the WR field, outscoring the WR2 by over 60 PPR points as Joe Burrow returned to full health and the Bengals defense forced them into weekly shootouts. Somehow their defense might be worse in 2025 and only injury can stop Chase from another elite season.
• CeeDee Lamb, DAL
  • The Cowboys offense and organization went into a tailspin in 2024 and Lamb had a “down” year by his standards, but still finished as the season’s WR5. This year the Cowboys have a questionable defense and running game, meaning Lamb has a clear path to return to his WR1 status.
• Justin Jefferson, MIN
  • WR1 in 2022, 24+ PPR points in six of nine healthy games in 2023, and WR2 in 2024. Jefferson is a virtual lock for top-five production if he is on the field. The lone concern right now is a lingering training camp hamstring injury.
