(26%) Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta Falcons- Penix threw for 313 yards and a touchdown this past game, bouncing back nicely from two very underwhelming performances the weeks prior. He’s on bye this coming week, but he could be worth stashing for his upside to have games like this one.
(23%) Jaxson Dart, New York Giants- This was Dart’s first real game in the NFL, and it was a pretty good one, all things considered. The rookie encouragingly had both a passing and a rushing touchdown, passing for 111 yards and rushing 10 times for 54 yards. Unfortunately, Malik Nabers will now be out for the season, and Dart sustained a hamstring injury in this game, though it at least does not appear to be a major one.
(40%) Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers- Doubs had his biggest game of the young season, catching 6 of 8 targets for 58 yards and a whopping 3 touchdowns. He is on bye this coming week, but could be a good pickup in case he sees an overall uptick in targets following this performance.
(4%) Malik Washington, Miami Dolphins- With Tyreek Hill now out for the season, Washington likely becomes the team’s #2 wide receiver. He’s worth putting on your watch list at least, and might be worth the scoop in deeper formats.
(3%) Darius Slayton, New York Giants- With Nabers gone, Slayton’s stock stands to rise significantly. It’s tough to say how valuable he will become now, but he figures to be the top wide receiver in this offense.
(32%) Woody Marks, Houston Texans- Marks has clearly taken the role of lead back from Nick Chubb and needs to be added everywhere. He had a huge game, rushing 17 times for 69 yards and a touchdown and catching 4 of his 5 targets for 50 yards and a touchdown. He is the #1 priority pickup this week.
(5%) Kendre Miller, New Orleans Saints- Miller has seen his carries steadily increase over the past few weeks. He carried the ball 11 times this past week for 65 yards and a touchdown. He could be worth adding if this trend continues.
(5%) Justice Hill, Baltimore Ravens- Hill impressively turned his 3 carries into 76 yards and a touchdown, and caught 5 of 6 targets for 41 yards and a touchdown. This is most likely a flash in the pan, but he could be worth adding in deeper leagues in case it isn’t.
(8%) Darren Waller, Miami Dolphins- What a return! Though he was only targeted by Tua 4 times, 2 of those were red zone targets that resulted in touchdowns. He is very intriguing, especially now that the Dolphins will no longer have Tyreek Hill.
(6%) Mason Taylor, New York Jets- Taylor has been targeted more and more each week, and turned his 7 targets this past week into 5 receptions and 65 yards. He is worth a look in deeper leagues or if you need a backup tight end with some upside.
(42%) Spencer Shrader, Indianapolis Colts- Shrader had another great game, making his first kick of over 50 yards. He has now made 13 of 14 field goals, and yet he is inexplicably still available in over half of Yahoo leagues.
(5%) Jason Myers, Seattle Seahawks- Myers had his third consecutive game with a successful 50+ yard kick, and is now 9 for 11 on field goals and 12 for 12 on extra-point kicks. This offense is humming along, and Myers has been very good so far, making him worthy of fantasy consideration.
(57%) Seattle Seahawks- Seattle sacked Kyler Murray 6 times this past week with 2 interceptions. They have been phenomenal so far this year, looking like one of the best defenses in the league. Yet, they are still available in nearly half of Yahoo leagues. They are a priority pickup, where available, for anyone in need of a better defense.
(6%) Jacksonville Jaguars- The Jaguars have been excellent this season and just had their best performance yet. They were able to intercept the ball twice and also recovered 2 fumbles. They are my favorite sneaky-add defense this year for fantasy, given how widely available they still are despite how good they have been.
