Doc’s Visionary Plays: Week Six

Sorry for the abridged version but Hurricane Milton has other plans, and the Roto family needs to keep safe!

QB:

Caleb Williams, Bears

Every QB feasts on Jax defense, and Williams has looked better in recent weeks.

Kirk Cousins, Falcons

Starting to play better, and Carolina can’t tackle.

Joe Burrow, Bengals

If the Giants play man coverage as they have been, Burrow and Chase will carve them up.

Honorable Mention:

Jordan Love, Packers: Arizona plays tons of zone coverage, which Love loves

Baker Mayfield, Bucs: With Derek Carr out, I expect a ton of three-and-outs for the Saints offense, leaving the defense gassed for some big plays downfield.

RB:

Bijan Robinson, Falcons

If it doesn’t happen against Carolina, then I am not sure when it will.

Breece Hall, Jets

Buffalo cannot stop a power-running attack. Hopefully, Aaron Rodgers will call Hall’s number all game long.

Jahmyr Gibbs, Lions

His speed on the outside is going to be a bit too much for the Cowboys front to handle.

Honorable Mention:

Josh Jacobs, Packers: Arizona will struggle mightily on defense this week, and Jacobs needs to get going.

Derrick Henry, Ravens. He didn’t do a ton in Week 5; I expect that to correct this week to the tune of 1 TD and possibly 2.

WR:

Ja’Marr Chase, Bengals

If the Giants play man coverage, Chase might be able to match what he did last week against Baltimore.

Josh Downs, Colts

It’s very hard to run on Tennessee’s defense, but they have been very soft against the pass, and Downs has been consistently targeted by Richardson and Flacco.

Jayden Reed, Packers

Zone coverage by Arizona equals a Jayden Reed SMASH week,

Honorable Mention:

Calvin Ridley, Titans: The Colts pass defense hasn’t stopped anyone all season. If Levis has time to throw, he should be able to find Ridley deep.

Chris Godwin, Bucs: Godwin ALWAYS torches the Saints defense. Lattimore will be on Evans, leaving Alonte Taylor in coverage with Godwin.

TE:

Trey McBride, Cardinals

He’s going to need to be a huge presence if Arizona wants to keep this game close. I think he’s good for 12-14 fantasy points.

Zach Ertz, Commanders

Baltimore has been awful against opposing tight ends, and Daniels won’t have a ton of time to find McLaurin, so Ertz could be a good outlet.

Cade Otton, Bucs

The Saints have given up huge production to Goedert and Kelce. Otton is not nearly as talented as those guys, but he plays tons of snaps and should be a decent red-zone target.

Honorable Mention:

Chig Okonkwo, Titans: Colts are really poor vs. tight ends (think about how much we liked Brenton Strange last week)

Kyle Pitts, Falcons: He’s got a great matchup, but will Cousins throw it enough if Bijan is running well?
