The NFL’s Week 8 is here, and if you’re looking for players to start this week, you’re in the right place. The players below are ready to rack up tackles and dominate for all of your fantasy teams. If you’re looking for more players to pick up, then you’ll want to check out my Hardest Hits IDP waiver wire article.
So head over to Dr. Roto and check that out along with our other articles, so that you can bring the pain to your competition this week. Have a great day, everyone, and may the points be with you.
DE Will Anderson Jr., Houston Texans
DE Jonathan Greenard, Minnesota Vikings
DE T.J. Watt, Pittsburgh Steelers
DE Quinnen Williams, New York Jets
DE Myles Garrett, Cleveland Browns
LB Zack Baun, Philadelphia Eagles
LB Jamien Sherwood, New York Jets
LB Tyrel Dodson, Miami Dolphins
LB Quay Walker, Green Bay Packers
LB T.J. Edwards, Chicago Bears
DB Tykee Smith, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
DB Talanoa Hufanga, Denver Broncos
DB Jordan Battle, Cincinnati Bengals
DB Tyson Campbell, Cleveland Browns
DB DeShon Elliott, Pittsburgh Steelers
Jessie Bates III, Atlanta Falcons
Jessie Bates is currently 20 percent owned and has been one of the more solid defensive backs over the past few years. Coming off a 10-tackle game, Bates should be able to replicate that against the Dolphins, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a turnover as well. That means you should head to the waiver wire and pick up Bates now so that you can bring the pain to your competition.
Shemar James, Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys’ defense is starting to get healthy again, which means Shemar James would be a great pick-up for your fantasy teams this week. Coming off a nine-tackle and one-sack game, James has been an anchor for the Cowboys, and this isn’t stopping anytime soon. At 10 percent owned, you should be able to get James without using any of your FAAB, giving you a free player that will perform for your team.
