IDP Heats: NFL Week 3

Week 3 in the NFL is here, and who would have thought that we would have had so many quarterbacks out? On the defensive side, we haven’t had to deal with all of that jazz, so let’s be thankful for that. So that means the players mentioned in this article are ready to dominate the gridiron, looking for every point you’ll need. You’ll also want to check out my Hard Hits and Cool Picks article, which covered some waiver wire pickups that could still be available in your leagues. So head over and check that out along with our other articles, so that you can bring the pain to your competition this week. Have a great day, everyone, and may the points be with you.

Heat Check of the Week

Paulson Adebo, New York Giants

Many people are familiar with Paulson Adebo, but here at Dr. Roto, I’ve been discussing him since last year. At under 36 percent owned in most leagues, Adebo is poised to have a killer year, and with the Chiefs coming to town, you can expect another great game. I have him marked down for more than six total tackles, and since he’s coming off a 13-tackle performance, you can expect his boom factor to benefit your teams the rest of the year.

Pick up of the week

Jihaad Campbell, Philadelphia Eagles

Jihaad Campbell has quietly snuck himself into the starting lineup on defense for the Eagles. Like I said all offseason, Campbell is a generational linebacker, and now it’s showing. Right now, Campbell is under seven percent owned and is coming off a 10-tackle performance. Pick him up now and thank me later when you’re raising your championship trophy this year.
